This project provided a 10,000 sq ft maintenance Facility, Underground Utilities, and connection to and extending the Glycol heating loop from CP#3 to the CP#4 facility. In addition to the construction of the warehouse, this contract required RPC to reclaim 15 acres of borrow pit, construct approx. 5,250 ft of asphalt roadways, pave the area around the warehouse, improve intersection and street lighting, and completion of the site entryway landscaping. RPC self performed all the civil excavations, misc. concrete work, underground utilities, electrical, IMP sheeting, welding, and QC efforts associated with the given trades.
