Red Point Construction (RPC) successfully managed the Telephone Switch Upgrade at Clear Air Force Station, ensuring all aspects of the project met USACE standards and delivered a complete turn-key solution. We leveraged our team’s experience with Avaya Call Management, Cisco, SpOK systems, CAIRS Telephone Management system (TMS), utilizing JITC-approved equipment to ensure compliance with DoD requirements for Military Unique Deployment Guides (MUDG). Our proactive approach included detailed project management, and strategic partnership with our subcontractor, ConvergeOne, for technical support, and thorough on-site training post-installation. RPC's skilled team performed the installation efficiently, minimizing government oversight and integrating seamlessly with existing infrastructure. The project was completed on time and within budget, demonstrating our capability to deliver complex telecommunications upgrades with precision.  Team members were required, at times, to work within Secret Security level spaces, and all work results are considered CUI.
