Red Point Construction (RPC) successfully managed the project by ensuring all aspects of design and execution met USACE standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment throughout. We assembled a highly qualified design team to handle specific elements including mechanical fuel systems, electrical controls, and structural engineering. Our approach involved extensive self-performance of mechanical tasks, such as prefabricating piping spools off-site for efficiency and quality, as well as installing new electrical and controls upgrades, including a pump control panel. Additionally, we proactively addressed environmental considerations with a Sampling Analysis Plan and adapted to weather-dependent tasks to maintain the project schedule. Key materials included ClaVal control valves, API60 compliant pumps, and ME Industry filter separators, ensuring high-quality and reliable components were used throughout the project.
