RPC was chosen for this Design-Build project due to our expertise in both Sewer and Water Utility Construction, and because we were able to offer cost effective solutions to meet the various constraints of the site, while maintaining the needs of multiple stakeholders.  The new sewer system consisted of 4300LF of DIP Sewer Line, (2) Lift Stations, and a Septic Treatment facility.  The new Water Utility System consisted of 10,600LF of HDPE pipe, laid out in a new design that improved frost protection and fire fighting capabilities of the base.   RPC self-performed 100% of this project.
