CLR057 - AMBULANCE BAY

The Ambulance Bay Construction project at Clear Space Force Station involved a design-build addition of a 750-square-foot facility to an existing military facility that included a CAFS’s hospital.  The projects intent was to provide a sheltered environment for ambulance-to-clinic patient transfers. Key features included an asphalt access road, pedestrian walkway, snow storage planning, stormwater drainage, and new fire water and HVAC systems. Construction addressed hazardous materials, ensured operational continuity of the existing facility, and met environmental standards. This project exemplifies our expertise in working collaboratively with the end users to minimize impact to their operations, while maintaining the project schedule and budgetary constraints. This was possible due to our professional workforce with diverse expertise in various trades.
