Red Point Construction (RPC) ensured the project's success by implementing a robust communication plan, managing the project safely, successfully, and on schedule to meet USACE project requirements. RPC's team self-performed a significant portion of the site work, concrete placement and finishing activities, building construction, as well as below grade electrical and water utilities.  We worked with our industry partners to pull together highly qualified design and subcontractor teams with relevant experience to execute this project per the requirements of the various stakeholders . We proactively conducted thorough reviews of project requirements, engaged in collaborative discussions with stakeholders, and adhered to rigorous safety and compliance measures. RPC provided additional value-added input to this project through the proposal of extending modern power infrastructure and strategic selection of a well house location that optimize the project's effectiveness for the end users.
